The Great Leader's Life

The lives of great leaders show a mixture of achievements and setbacks that they work hard and try to do their best as everything as they can. I think less leaders may have showed weakness and their failures because they lost their people, jobs, and everythings sometime.

The leader I pick and write about is Gladys Aylward. She became a missionary in China. In her life of triumph, she taught the Chinese people about Jesus. She saved the people from abortion and death. She did footbinding the young Chinese girls who couldn't walk. Gladys adopted the three kids who have lost their moms. She was a brave woman and led about 100 children over the mountains because of the Japanese war has begun. During in her lifetime of tragedy, Gladys was very upset when she saw a man that killed the Chinese men with an ax and knew it was wrong. The Japaneses had bombed their city called Yungcheng and killed thousands of people. Glady was still not married. Many people in the world inspired Gladys that she achieved her goals by helping the numerous Chineses that were suffering, starving, and dying people in China.
